BAILEY FAY BALDESCHWILER

Bailey Fay Baldeschwiler, founder and veteran Master Instructor, has been certified and teaching in Texas for over fifteen years. She is one of the few Master Instructors in Texas, qualified to coach and certify other instructors. She holds dozens of certifications including 10,000+ hours of Pilates Master Instructor Certification, Pre and Post Natal, Protocols of Osteoporosis, Muscle Imbalance Assessment and Correction, Nutrition, Gait Analysis, Ballet Barre, Arial Pilates and TRX. Bailey has extensive training and clinical experience in injury rehabilitation and prevention, scoliosis correction, myofascial meridians, spinal manipulation, and sports conditioning. She is passionate about working with people throughout all stages of life customizing personalized workout routines that focus on core strength, stretch, stamina, stability and muscle sequencing patterns.
Bailey’s passion for Pilates, beauty and wellness led her to the study and training of complementary bodywork modalities and methods. Her vision encompasses mindfulness, functional movement, healthy habits, and positive progressions. Bailey handpicked and personally trained experts at HOUSE PILATES® with the devotion to the clientele looking and feeling their best.
Formulated through a science-based education and extensive experience, Bailey founded the HOUSE PILATES® Method, a highly personalized and effective approach to Pilates. Bailey is known for her sincere devotion to the individual needs of each and every client she sees. She has worked with athletes, dancers, and celebrities, as well as those young and old, injured and healthy. Having studied under many different Pilates elders and methods allows her to share her extensive knowledge, unique style and coaching abilities in providing the utmost experience at HOUSE PILATES®.
ASHLEY KINNETT PILKENTON

Ashley Kinnett Pilkenton, founder of HOUSE PILATES®, has been a dedicated Pilates instructor in Houston for over thirteen years, with more than twenty five years of personal practice and over 10,000 hours of teaching experience. Her profound passion for movement and wellness inspired her journey into Pilates, where she skillfully integrates both contemporary and classical methodologies to effectively cater to her clients' diverse needs.
Through extensive training and practical experience, Ashley developed the HOUSE PILATES® Method, which emphasizes mindful and effective movement aimed at enhancing mobility, overall health, and both mental and physical capabilities. This personalized approach harnesses conscious movement and healthy habits to address the unique requirements of each client. Ashley is particularly passionate about educating individuals on the body's natural functions and extending that awareness to all facets of life. As a mother of two, she is especially committed to supporting her clients throughout their pregnancy journeys and post-natal recovery.
Ashley holds multiple certifications, including over 1,000 hours in Pilates mat training, Ballet Barre, Pre and Post-Natal instruction, Muscle Imbalance Assessment and Correction, Pelvic Floor Function as well as comprehensive Pilates apparatus training. She has substantial experience working with scoliosis, those undergoing injury rehabilitation and prevention, and with senior clients, in addition to providing sports conditioning and spinal correction. Ashley is attentive to the individual needs of all her clients and is adept at accommodating varying ages, fitness objectives, and physical conditions.
Her primary goal in her practice and instruction is to ensure that clients at HOUSE PILATES® experience optimal well-being through the mind-body connection, positive progression, healthy movement, and the foundational principles of Pilates.
