BAILEY FAY BALDESCHWILER

Partner & Master Instructor

Bailey Fay Baldeschwiler, founder and veteran Master Instructor, has been certified and teaching in Texas for over fifteen years. She is one of the few Master Instructors in Texas, qualified to coach and certify other instructors. She holds dozens of certifications including 10,000+ hours of Pilates Master Instructor Certification, Pre and Post Natal, Protocols of Osteoporosis, Muscle Imbalance Assessment and Correction, Nutrition, Gait Analysis, Ballet Barre, Arial Pilates and TRX. Bailey has extensive training and clinical experience in injury rehabilitation and prevention, scoliosis correction, myofascial meridians, spinal manipulation, and sports conditioning. She is passionate about working with people throughout all stages of life customizing personalized workout routines that focus on core strength, stretch, stamina, stability and muscle sequencing patterns.

Bailey’s passion for Pilates, beauty and wellness led her to the study and training of complementary bodywork modalities and methods. Her vision encompasses mindfulness, functional movement, healthy habits, and positive progressions. Bailey handpicked and personally trained experts at HOUSE PILATES® with the devotion to the clientele looking and feeling their best.

Formulated through a science-based education and extensive experience, Bailey founded the HOUSE PILATES® Method, a highly personalized and effective approach to Pilates. Bailey is known for her sincere devotion to the individual needs of each and every client she sees. She has worked with athletes, dancers, and celebrities, as well as those young and old, injured and healthy. Having studied under many different Pilates elders and methods allows her to share her extensive knowledge, unique style and coaching abilities in providing the utmost experience at HOUSE PILATES®.

ASHLEY KINNETT PILKENTON

Partner & Lead Instructor

Ashley Kinnett Pilkenton, founder of HOUSE PILATES®, has been teaching Pilates in Houston for over eight years and practicing for over twenty years. Her passion for movement and wellness led her to the study of Pilates and she enjoys both contemporary and classical approaches often combing both practices to better meet the needs of her clients. 

Through extensive training and experience Ashley created the HOUSE PILATES® Method which is designed to use mindful and effective movement to transform the body for increased mobility, health, mental and physical ability. This highly personal approach is designed to use conscious movement and healthy habits to meet all her clients’ individual needs. She is passionate about teaching how the body functions naturally while offering ways to extend that awareness to all aspects of life. Ashley is a mother of two and enthusiastic about helping her clients maintain movement through their pregnancy journey and post-natal recovery. 

Ashley holds multiple certifications including 600+ hours of Pilates mat, Ballet Barre, Pre and Post-Natal, Muscle Imbalance Assessment and Correction and comprehensive apparatus training. She works extensively with senior clients and those in injury rehabilitation and prevention as well as sports conditioning and spinal correction. Ashley is conscious and loyal to the individual needs of all her clients and can accommodate every age, fitness goal and condition.

Ashley’s goal in her practice and instruction is to keep her clients at HOUSE PILATES® feeling their best through the mind-body connection, positive progression, healthy movement and the Pilates’ principles.

DAIZY HUGGINS

COMPREHENSIVELY CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR


Daizy, a Houston native, has been in the fitness industry since 2015. She holds certifications in spinning, TRX and aqua aerobics in addition to her comprehensive Pilates training through Peak Pilates. She now combines her many areas of expertise to provide clients with a well-rounded approach to physical wellness. Her classes are both classical and contemporary. Daizy sees Pilates as an access point for those who want to change, shift, or improve, physically, mentally and emotionally. She is particularly excited to further her Pilates education by pursuing additional certifications, an effort to continue learning and better serve her clients.
