Class Types

Reformer Pulse: A fast-paced class designed to keep your heart rate up while toning your entire body as only Pilates can! Be prepared to incorporate various props including the jump board, hand weights and ball to maximize the intensity of your workout. 

Reformer Sculpt: This class combines classical and contemporary Pilates methods emphasizing breath, core conditioning, and full body awareness to strengthen and stretch while stabilizing and lengthening. 

Reformer Tower: A circuit class that combines essential core mat work with the benefits of the Pilates tower and reformer. This class promotes balance while developing strength through core control and alignment. 

If you have no or limited knowledge of Pilates, we strongly recommend that you begin your training with a private session before signing up for a group class.
